We want you to love your Loop & Fiber pieces. If something’s not quite right, here’s how to return or exchange it:

🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags

No returns on sale or custom items unless faulty.

🔁 Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we offer easy exchanges (subject to availability).

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🧵 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
